Songs from the Locked Ward, by Daniel Mackler, is a compilation of protest songs against the damages caused by psychiatry. Daniel is a filmmaker, writer, musician, and former psychotherapist based in New York and his writings focus on the causes, consequences, and radical significance of childhood trauma. The album is dedicated to the thousands of psychiatric survivors, therapists, and researchers who struggle daily to bring humanity (and reality!) back to the mental health field.
